Benefits the Aging Well Alliance Fund through Concord Hospital Trust

In addition to supporting our residents, Granite Ledges is very active in our local community. We host many events, but our 5K race to the Ledges is our largest. All of the proceeds from the race go to the Aging Well Alliance Fund through Concord Hospital Trust. The fund supports Senior Programs in the hospital as well as our local community, with the goal to keep our older adults as safe and active as possible. Registration through August 7th: $25 per person

8/8 Race Day Registration: $30 per person

Pre-registration packet pick up: Friday, 8/7 from 3PM - 6 PM
