The History of Granite Ledges of Concord

Granite Ledges of Concord is a joint venture community, affiliated with Genesis HealthCare and Capital Region HealthCare, the parent organization of Concord Hospital. Community operations are directed by a Board of Directors comprised of Genesis HealthCare and Concord Hospital individuals. Opening its doors in July 1999, Granite Ledges hosts 70 apartments, 14 of which are for the memory impaired.

Strategically located on the Concord Hospital Campus, our community offers seniors a continuum of services to meet their needs. Specifically, residents have priority access to all levels of care within the Genesis continuum, which includes retirement living, assisted living, skilled nursing and rehabilitation, and long-term care.

Granite Ledges of Concord is licensed by the State of New Hampshire as Supportive Residential Care. It is subject to an annual state survey to ensure that all members of the Granite Ledges team provide the highest level of care to residents within our community.
